I’m trying to make a funny fake virus (doesn’t harm the pc) but I figure out how to open the .mp4 file in a way that doesn’t have delay and is unclosable. If anyone could help, it would be much appreciated. I’m using a batch file for now, so i would like command propt commands. I am running windows 11, all the other guides are in Windows 8 or earlier.
I tried just opening the file (its mario.mp4 btw) like so, to no success. Is there anything else I could do to make it faster, or even just unclosable. Maybe a different type of file?
