error message from onlyoffice

onlyoffice community version was previously working fine on my windowws pc
i had to uninstall and install back due to space issue, since then have been having this error while trying to use it, “The Connction to the server has been interrupted please reload the page”

please i need help on how this issue can be fixed

i tried opening up the onlyOffice example file
but instead of it to load properly i got this error “The Connction to the server has been interrupted please reload the page”
