I’m newer to applications and recently upgraded an application from 5.0 to 8.0.

I have windows authentication enables, after migrating the application to 8.0 I now receive an Log in screen that’s not associated with windows authentication.

I’m trying to remove this screen but I’m struggling to find what’s triggering it.
