App was Disabled, not by me but I guess my phone did it. Went to my Settings, then Apps. Then tapped the menu, tapped Disabled apps then scrolled down to the app that I am having the problem with. Tapped the App. Then I realized that there wasn’t any Enable/Disable Button anymore. There was only a Force Stop Button and a Uninstall Button. I can’t uninstall the app because I will loose data that’s on there.

The only thing I have tried was I went to my File Manager app and tapped the Apps button, User apps. Then tapped the app that I was having the problem with and it brought up the properties. There was a button to Open the app. So I tapped the Open button hoping it would open and start the App again. That didn’t happen. It said cannot open the app at this time.
