In power BI I want to add a visual but I do not know where to find the visual or what we call the visual. If anyone knows please tell me some thing about the below visual. How I can obtain the below visual?
I want to create a visual like in below image.I want to compare the Avg encounter cost change for year 2011 and 2022 and also want to show the percent change of average encounter cost change for 2022 from 2011.

Till now I have achieved it like this

Percentage change is shown on both 2011 and 2022 but i want it to show only on 2022.
