Trigger the WF when an item is edited but only when the status of the action item is marked completed.

Template (body of the email) should contain a link to the change control instructions (to notify stakeholders of the change)

I tried simply to apply the last field on the emails list “LQAR Email” Yet I was not able to send the email off to them through testing.
