I use netbeans 8.2 and JAVA ME SDK 3.4, jdk 1.8 but I get error when adding platform.

To use the platform inside the IDE you will need to configure it manually as a Custom Java
Micro Edition Platform Emulator. You can find this option at the first panel of Add Java
