i am using PHPMailer to send an email to a user in my php website Project.
The problem is when using Google mail i need a phone number to activate 2fa to enable smtp.
i am looking for a service other then google to use to send emails to users of my website.

My question is what service can i use other then google to email with a phone number, or is there a way to enable smtp on google without a phone number

i tried looking into google settings to enable less secure apps but according to youtube videos i watched you need to add 2fa to your account before you can enable the setting
i did not expect a phone number to be required, nor a 2fa requirement.
