I have five different tables

tableone
tabletwo
tablethree
tablefour
tablefive

that all have a template
so how would i set the template table to know which table the template will be associated with?
i may have more tables needing a template in the future

I have never encountered this situation before. I did multiple google searches but could not seem to find anything. Perhaps I am nt searching with the right verbage
