When I type sudo /usr/local/mysql-8.4.0-macos14-arm64/support-files/mysql.server start on terminal, it starts the mysql server and I can see it on system settings(dots turning green), but when I try to start the server on system settings, the dots turn green momentarily and turn back red. What’s happening?
My Mac os version is Sonoma 14.4.1 if that’s relevant.
I tried the command
sudo /usr/local/mysql-8.4.0-macos14-arm64/support-files/mysql.server start
it worked fine.
