I’m designing a website using WordPress. But I see that, under the Site Health Status, that a required module, gd, is missing (either not installed or disabled). The site has an Error 1001, in which the “server is missing any image library to resize images.”

I’ve just started using WordPress and am definitely not technical when it comes to websites or coding. I only just installed a theme.

Also, I’m building this site using my little, external local hard drive as the site’s “server.” I don’t know if that’s causing these errors…

I’m not really sure what to try to rectify this issue. Please help.
