Recently i setup a wordpress website. Everything is going good except that the images in posts do not show up on the homepage, niether on social media websites like faceboook, whatsapp etc. Surprisingly the images are showing up on x.com

Please suggest some solution
I tried different plugins to fix the issue as i saw on youtube. finaly i changed the theme too, but i observed that images are not even showing up on the homepage too.
