I want to add a custom tab inside the opportunity table/entity in MS Dynamics 365 programmatically, like when I run the code a tab will automatically create, Is this possible?

I didn’t find the way to do this, expectation when I run the code a tab will automatically create with some input field and a button, when I click on the btn the API will hit.
