I am using Moodle 4.1 and switched from servers (from Hostgator to Hostinger). Since the migration the students can’t receive the email for a lost password anymore. If they click on forgot password the following message shows up: dmlreadexception
I tried to get help from Hostinger, but they couldn’t help. I am not a tech guy, but with a good explanation I can help fixing the problem. I searched on Chat GPT and got this:enter image description here
