I want to monitor a set of websites with an interval of 3 to 5 minutes. The default R53 healthcheck checks websites every few seconds, generating more traffic than the whole website has.

Is there a easy way to do this? Alternatively I can create a lambda that fills a Cloudwatch metric.

Tried the different R53 configurations to lower the frequency, however that did not yield the expected resut.
