I have four things I would like help with. I am a swim coach trying to automate our best times spreadsheet and am running into some issues, especially with times formatted like mm:ss.00.

1. In column Q of the “Just 2024 Times” sheet, I want to run a =min function where the cell in Q shows the faster of the times from cells J and O for each swimmer. I was able to successfully accomplish this in column P, but for column Q, most times need to be formatted in mm:ss.00 format since they are over 1 minute times.

2. If a time is faster from the “Just 2024 Times” sheet, I would like it to automatically copy over to the corresponding cell in the “Best times 24-25” sheet in bold.

3. I am running into a similar issue as in #1 with the addition of a mm:ss.00 for our final relay time (highlighted in yellow) on the “Ranked Relays” sheet.

4. I would like to choose the best combination of swimmers for the Medley relay, however, some swimmers have best times in multiple legs of the relay (such as swimmers 3 and 18) on the “Ranked Relays” sheet (highlighted in green). I’d like each cell to be an independent swimmer with the fastest combination and no overlaps of swimmers that will update if/when faster times are entered.
