I run a few simple pbp-rpgs with a mix of css & html coding, using iframe and tables for the main page layouts. I’ve had these sites for years and they functioned well, but over the past few days we’ve run into problems that I can’t seem to figure out.
When anyone attempts to preview or post a message within the iframes, nothing happens. We have to open the message board into a new tab, out of the iframes, to make it functional again.
After testing some things I’m not sure if the css/html is the problem, or whether it’s our terrible webhost that is causing the issue.
This is one of the three sites I run – again, I’m not sure if the coding is a problem, or if it would be helpful at all to post the source code here?

I originally thought it was a problem with the message boards (boards2go) themselves, like maybe the advertisements on it were messing with our coding, so I tested a completely different message board (boardhost). Same problem – you can’t preview or post any messages on either board type.
Myself and several members tested the sites on different browsers, and the same error persists across different browsers, whether on a phone or a desktop.
I checked codes on similar, older pbp rpg websites that used a variety of iframes that are similar to mine. Same message boards. The message boards work normally on their sites.
I borrowed code from one site and made a test page on my host, and ran into the same problem. The message boards stopped working.
I looked into adding/adjusting coding, thinking maybe there was some update and I needed to find a work around to keep my layouts functional (though I cobbled these codes together years ago, so my knowledge of coding is very basic at best!). The only thing I found was a code for iframes, where I added ‘sandbox= allow-same-origin’ but that didn’t seem to make a difference, and I honestly don’t know enough about coding to see any potential errors I may have made?
I’m starting to think that it may be my host that’s the problem, but I’m at a complete loss for what to do.
I use Turbify unfortunately (was Yahoo! when I originally set up this current version of the site), and they are less that helpful in any sort of customer support.
Any help would be much appreciated!
