I would like some help on how to merge many PSD into one PSD.

I have many PSD that could have different resolutions.
I need to create one PSD out of these separate PSD and put each one of them in a group/folder within that unique final PSD.

I looked on the psd_tools but it doesn’t seem to help achieve something like this.
I’m a newbie on .jsx scripts but I guess it’s the only one that could be make me near the goal ?
