I have been trying to get LuaRocks for the past couple hours, and it’s not working. I keep getting the error attached everytime I try to run the EXE. This is the error I’m getting.

I tried re-installing LuaRocks, Lua 5.4, & Downgrading to Lua 5.1. It continued with the same error.
