I am trying to automate processing emails from a website I am subscribed to as fast as possible (optimally less than 2/3 seconds if not in mills if possible).

I wrote some python code with a gmail app that shows around a 10-12 second delay from email sent time to being in the inbox. I found out the domain providor for the emails I want to automate is proofpoint but I wasn’t sure if just getting an app or whatever set up with them would be worth the cost or if there is something faster. I’m frankly outside my own domain right now with understanding how all of this stuff works so any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
