I’m looking for a solution to the following project:

I have a lot of e-books and other reference works in PDF form. The documents deal with financial markets, trading and crypto as well as strategies etc.
I would like to enter all of this data into a model, i.e. I would like to have all the data collected in one place.
The aim of the whole thing would be for me to be able to ask questions about it, like on chatgpt for example. I would then like to be able to write articles and instructions from all the data.

To be honest, I have no idea how best to do this or which resources you can and should use
