excuse my manners as this is the first time posting on a forum like this but as the title mentioned, I am currently encountering the above error. Some noteworthy issues included as well:

Can’t ssh into the vm using putty

Error code “Error: kernel too old” being spammed into out console when running zypper refresh

SUSE version

When trying to run zypper refresh

Apologies again cause at the moment I am quite sure what else I can provide or do since this is all really new to me.

So far I haven’t tested much just been scouring all over the place to try and look for an answe so am pretty open to try a lot things. I have considered rebooting the instance but I kinda worried as well since there’s important info on this and I couldn’t get a distinct answer on what happened if I reboot it
