Can somebody tell me how they managed to do this animation for the logo at the beginning at THIS WEBSITE (https://selectedbase.com/), that if you drag or hover over it, it becomes distorted and liquidy.
Couldn’t find any information bout stuff like that so far.

The logo is an svg image, thats what I know. I already tried doing something similar in Blotter.js, but could not get close to the result, also because blotter only works with text… Furthermore, I cannot manage to apply this noisey-effect one can also see in the background of the page.
