Has anybody else tried to link a B2C tenant to their subscription since the recent B2C changes?

When I go to Create new B2C Tenant or Link to existing Tenant and select Link an Existing B2C Tenant to my Azure Subscription, the Azure AD B2C Tenant text box shows Loading … and seems to be stuck there.

The tenant does exist, and I have tested authenticating to it.
