this is my laravel code, however im having problems writting down in the locales files. If i only right the title it works, however if i also add the description only the description is writted and the title ignored. I have tried multiple solutions in other forums, chatGPT, but still cant fix this problem.

Can someone please help me? I really need to fix this ASAP for my boss!
