I am facing the problem in dell latitude 5400. At first the battery was bulching,i removed it, then suddenly shutdown,i changed bios chip, now the battery is not in windows and Ubuntu too also not charging, it blinks the yellow light continuously,i checked with new batteries, until the charge goes down it works, but not charging,no battery icon, not detected too.Can anybody give solution for this?

I tried in 3 shops one changed bios it was working without battery, when I install it works till the charge.after that in 2 shop ..in one shop they said could not make it in another shop they just replaced the battery alone.
