I have trouble with my jupyter notebook website. Before it looked nice and smooth and now it show jupyter server error like this. Ca anyone help me?

I have tried to reinitall my miniconda and all the packages several times today, but it doesn’t work, I can run the code as usual. I would like the server error gone.
