I am looking to mock up a structure up like this:

I presume I can use Javascript to mock up and return the results on the final page (Step 3) by looping through an array of buttons depending on which button in Step 2 was clicked.

Thanks and would appreciate any assistance or guidance as to whether my logic makes sense. Any code samples/suggestions would be helpful also.
