It is possible that if a consumer is inactive when a producer sends a message, the consumer can still receive the messages once it active again

in this artemis broker.xml once the cosumer is not listening while the producer send the messages to the topic after the while consumer starts listening means the message is gone so i need to you to change in broker.xml regarding the message should be in topic eventhough the consumer not active
