On my WooComm site, I am not using any plugin related to the checkout fields. I am having trouble with the mobile number field. Two scenarios:

I fill the billing details and the mobile number. I choose the option ‘Same address for shipping’. In this case, while testing, I am able to place the order. However, when I go to WooCommerce->Order to check and open the order, I see the mobile number appearing only under Billing but not under Shipping. I was of the opinion that WooComm copies the mobile number too in the shipping. The address is the same as the one in Billing and is appearing fine. I need to see the mobile number in shipping.

I fill the billing details and deselect the ‘Same address for shipping’ checkbox. However, in this case, I am able to see the address and other fields to fill but the mobile number field does not appear at all. This is puzzling.
I request help in both the above. Thanks!
I did different options and was expecting the mobile number to appear under shipping in the first scenario and the mobile number field to appear in the second scenario.
