I’m currently using Odoo v16 Enterprise on an AWS server and am encountering a couple of issues with automated actions and printing invoices.
1. Automated Actions Issue: I have set up an automated action to send invoices to customers. When this automated action is triggered, the header and footer of the invoice are missing. However, when I manually send the invoice by clicking on each one, it is sent correctly with the header and footer included. Does anyone have insights on why this might be happening?
2. Printing Invoices Issue: When printing invoices, the first invoice prints clearly, but subsequent invoices exhibit reduced clarity and occasionally missing data. This issue persists even if I attempt to print the same invoice multiple times. My Odoo instance has over 100,000 invoices. I downloaded the database and restored it on my local server without any attachments, and the problem does not occur there.
Any assistance or suggestions to resolve these issues would be greatly appreciated.
