I recently withdrew about $100 from dydx to another exchange directly, but the funds have not been received. The exchange support mentioned that I might have sent WBNB or that the contract address is different from the main one they support.

When I check the balance, I can see BNB, but under the transaction hash, I only see WBNB (BEP-20 Tokens Transferred) and no BNB. I’m confused about whether I sent WBNB or BNB.

Could anyone help me understand what might have gone wrong and how to resolve this issue?
