I’m encountering an issue with my application on the Google Play Store. It’s not possible to download it on Pixel phones running Android 13. The application was developed using Unity version 2022.3.27f1.
While the application works correctly on devices with Android 14 and on devices from other manufacturers, there’s an error message stating “This phone isn’t compatible with this app” on Pixel devices with Android 13. However, it functions properly on Pixel devices with Android 14. I’ve conducted testing using Android Studio Virtual Device.
Here are some additional details:
min SDK version: [Please insert the value]
Unity settings (if necessary)
Target SDK version: 33
Target architectures: ARMv7 and ARM64
I’m using the following SDKs:
Firebase Analytics
Firebase Crashlytics
Firebase Functions
Adapty
Facebook SDK
AppsFlyer
I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this compatibility issue.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
In my attempts to resolve this issue, I have tried the following:
Experimented with different versions of Unity.
Adjusted the minimum SDK version.
Updated my phone’s operating system.
Cleared the phone cache, update playmarket, update phone version.
