TLHC platform views on Android 14/15 stop updating on resume(https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/146499)
Although it has been resolved in Flutter v3.22, but for some reason, I can’t upgrade flutter version now(currently 3.19.3)
have tried change the platform view from TLHC to Hybrid Composition, doesn’t work
