I’m using a c-type hub by connecting it to my Samsung laptop. When the hub is connected and the laptop is turned on, only the Samsung logo is still on as shown in the picture below.

After several tries, I was able to boot it as long as I remove the hub.

I have picked up and took out the charger. Picked up and took out the HDMI and Bluetooth mouse wires connected to the hub. But the problem is the hub

When I connect the c-type hub to my laptop, why doesn’t it turn on? And why does it start to boot when remove the hub?
Is the hub a problem, the laptop a problem or the operating system?

I don’t have any idea. Please give me an answer.
