I’m trying to switch to FireFox from Google Chrome. One of the key things I’m trying to make work is profiles. When I start up chrome, it asks me “Who’s using Chrome?” which looks something like this: (https://i.sstatic.net/QsqExzgn.png) Note that there is a “Show on startup” toggle.
Firefox, however, simply starts up to a profile, no questions asked.
I tried creating a new profile, which I believed would prompt such a dialog, but to no avail. The about:profiles
page had no toggles like the “Show on startup” in chrome. There was, however, a Default Profile
option that is marked “Yes” in one profile. I have searched the internet for answers, and one, from Reddit, stated that they had been asked what profile to use upon startup, so I know that what I’m looking for does exist, but I can’t find it.
