Image sample

I have to subtract the smallest value of the bigguest value of about a thousand groups of values like the ones in the picture. For example on group 58 I have to subtract the last value (bigguest) from the smallest (the first one). An do th is a thousand times. Is there an automated way of doing this?

I played with the pivot table but I cant get it to find the smallest and the bigguest values of each group. HELP
