I’m making a simple database for my students using google sheets. They have exactly 14 semesters to finish their study, or they’ll automatically dropped out. Is there a way or function I can use so that a statement will pop out when their time ran out?

I’ve googled it but found nothing.

What I’m trying to make is like this: Say student A has until 31 August to finish. If by 1 September they have not finish, their name’s font/backgorund will turn red or “Times Up” will appear on the Status column.
