In my faculty, we’ve studied course about SOA and SOAP under the web services subject, and everything looks like messy to me cause I used to build a lot of web applications using REST API only, I never heard about SOAP at all!!
I’ve searched about SOAP and SOA and didn’t get a lot of resources or talkers in YouTube to find the good answers, moreover here in Stack overflow I found a question of someone who his company decide to turn into REST API because its effectiveness today.
I was wondering if the SOAP architecture still in the front when for example new company decide to begin develop its own app???
I know there’re some existing companies still sued SOAP architecture today may be the transformation isn’t easy to REST or there is something else??
