I have a project requirement that apparently is not possible.
The customer wants, on a Teams App, to click on a region (that holds information on first responders in case of emergency). Clicking on that region (ChoiceGroup in Fluent UI), should create a groupchat, call the groupchat and automatically launch the recording.
I am currently attending the ESPC 2024, and talked to a very experienced speaker, and according to him, it might not be possible to achieve that with a bot.
The idea would have been to create the groupchat with the specified users AND the bot.
Then call the groupchat.
Make the bot accept the call and launch the recording.

Should I tell my customer this will not be possible or does someone have the solution or at least a very good documentation on how to achieve this?
