I’m downloaded Oracle SOA suite (fmw_12.2.1.4.0_soa_quickstart & fmw_12.2.1.4.0_soa_quickstart2) , and java JDK (Last version jdk-22 ) and I test Java JDK in netbeans and it’s run correctly with no issues,
the problem is when I’m trying to run Oracle SOA suite using Command prompt (run it as administrator) and write this command ‘java -jar fmw_12.2.1.4.0_soa_quickstart.jar’ the big error message is showing (as you can see it in the two PICs attached).

Please note that :
- firstly I downloaded Jdeveloper and it is run correctly I thought that I will find SOA Application in it but it doesn’t exixt so I uninstall Jdeveloper and install Oracle SOA suite.
- I reinstalled Oracle SOA suite and java JDK but the issue is the same.
- my windows 10 is not activate and I don’t know if should be activated to run Oracle SOA suite.
