In Relation R(C,D,E) F={CD-> E , C->D} then is E partially determined FD?

I want to know if this is a partial FD as C^+ derives E as attribute but it happens with the help of CD->E so this is confusing me wether E is partially determined by CD or is fully dependent in CD .
