I have a very simple Power Automate Flow:

The step shows that it sees the proper number of records, but when I test it, it keeps looping through them and adding them over and over. It never stops. I expected the “Apply to each” step to apply to each record, once, and then show as completed. (The “For each” step creates a record in a SharePoint list.) What am I missing?
