I was trying to add the code snippet provided by Zoho for the implementation of chat and salesiq on my companies website which is made using Typo3. Tried to add it in different places – footer of HTML template, JS script etc. but failed to add it. Even though I entered the code and edited the website backend, changes weren’t visible, and no errors occurred.

I am not familiar with code and need help in adding Zoho’s features on our website.

This is the home page of our website’s backend –
Added the code in Home considering its the root directory(?), there was a footer tag in the code, added the zoho snipped there

When this didnt work, I tried adding the code onto the JS script i found in the files of the website
In script.js (chatgpt recommended to do this)

Any help would be appreciated, I can provide further info if required
