i cannot see an image/gif file on github repository.
for example, on this repo (not mine), the smoke.png image doesnt display properly.
even when i go to the image link – it doesnt show up properly.

on a different computer i have, the readme/images/gifs are displayed properly, therefore i think something is wrong with my machine.
i have seen this behaviour on a colleague mac as well, so i guess it might be a common issue that im missing..

im using mac sonoma with chrome browser.
i tried to switch to safari – still doesnt display images.

any suggestions?
