Honestly, I simply don’t know the math that’s required, and after trying in-application tools and Google searches to avoid the need for such math, I’ve come up empty.
Now maybe this would fit better on Game Development or Math, but I have access to every vertex, face and uv coordinate from the raw mesh data, and the math in any language is a lot easier to understand than the LaTeX the math people speak in.
So if anyone that is actually familiar with the math involved, could help, I’d greatly appreciate it. If your favorite language isn’t listed in the tags, don’t worry- use whichever one you want. Even if I’m not familiar with it, I can at least handle that much.
