I was thinking of making a small projecct for me where I will create a simple UI as chatgpt where user can only ask about me. This small project of mine I want to host it so that anyone with internet can access it.
Here I want to apply the concept of machine learning where I will give all my data to it so that whenever someone ask about me it will search my whole database, form a meaningful answer from it and send to UI.

I am a college student and want to make it for my resume. I have no idea how to begin with. Can anyone give me a guided path so that by following that I can make this small project?

I can bear some expenses of hosting as well so you can also tell some paid options. Make sure that it should be reasonable as this project is not big enough.
