Getting rid of this repo altogether will not work because I already created wiki pages for it. I need to get rid of the compare and pull request which occurred when I clicked the box to add README.md and it went downhill from there.

I have tried other’s suggestions on here from similar posts and all it did was create more of these compare and pull request suggestions. The error is there is not anything to compare, okay fine, I just want to get rid of these prompts without destroying the repo and no there is no close pull request button.
