I have received an email from Google Team that my Ad Manager account has been inactive for the last 90 days and has not generated any ad activity. If my account doesn’t generate any ad activity in the next 90 days. However, on my Google Adsense Dashboard Reports there are Ads running on my Website and I am earning from it daily basis.

Please guide me, does closure of my Ad Manager Account will also effect my Google Ad-sense account and it’s earning? Please see my attached screenshot which shows daily Ad activity.
