I have several email accounts with Hosteasy, and recently I’ve noticed that all the emails I send are being delivered directly to the recipient’s spam folder. I’ve checked the content of the emails and confirmed that they are not spammy or contain any suspicious links. I’ve also verified that my domain is not blacklisted. I’m looking for guidance on how to resolve this issue and ensure my emails are delivered to the inbox instead of the spam folder.
I tried adjusting the email content and avoiding any words or phrases that might trigger spam filters. I also ensured that my DNS records, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, are correctly configured. Despite these efforts, the issue persists, and I’m not sure what else to check or adjust. I was expecting these actions to improve my email deliverability, but it hasn’t worked so far.
